feat: package as sshfsc for Moonarch repo

- Add MIT LICENSE
- Rename Go module sshfs_connect -> sshfsc
- Update README with Moonarch install instructions
- Add Gitea workflow to auto-bump pkgver in moonarch-pkgbuilds
