f3f4db1ab1 ci: also update .SRCINFO in pkgver workflow

Details 
paru reads .SRCINFO (not PKGBUILD) for version comparison during
sysupgrade. Without updating .SRCINFO, paru never detects upgrades
for PKGBUILD repository packages.
