feat: initial Moongreet greeter implementation

greetd-Greeter für Wayland mit Python + GTK4 + gtk4-layer-shell. Enthält IPC-Protokoll, User/Session-Erkennung, Power-Actions, komplettes UI-Layout und 36 Tests (Unit + Integration).
